摘　　要： 在理论界,知情权是一个受人尊重而性质又比较模糊的概念。笔者考察了关于知情权权利属性的学术纷争,尝试从一个新的视角提出知情权是兼具自由权与社会权属性的宪法性权利。 Theoretically, the knowing right is a respectable but a relatively vague concept. Having a survey of academic disputes on right attribute of the knowing right, the author, from a new perspective, attempts to propose that the knowing right is a constitutional right with attribute of the right of freedom and the social right.
