摘　　要： 本文主要介绍了美国法院如何保证审判不受传媒干扰的四方面较成熟的实践经验和规则 ,即诉诸司法程序的手段、限制传媒取得有关未决法律事宜的信息的权利、对传媒的事先约束和事后处罚等 ,指出我国应借鉴美国的经验 ,建立科学合理的法律规范 ,有效治理我国传媒在追求“新闻自由”中形成的“新闻审判” In this paper are introduced the four established practices and regulations accepted by USA courts to guard against interference in trials arising from reportage,namely,recourse to law,restriction on the right to obtain information about outstanding affairs concerning law,prior constraint on and subsequent penalty for mass media,etc.It is pointed out that China should draw on US experiences in this field for the establishment of a scientific and rational norm to bring under control press trials arising from the demand for freedom of the press.
