摘 要: 最初由心理学家发起的英语阅读研究发轫于 1 9世纪末期。 2 0世纪 6 0年代以前的阅读理论研究具有明显的语文学特征 ,并由此派生出从文字出发 ,在以弄懂词句的基础上达到对篇章的理解的阅读教学法。 6 0年代以后 ,对阅读本质的研究得到了突飞猛进的发展并先后诞生了信息加工、心理语言、交互。 English reading research was initiated by psychologists in the late 19th century. Prior to 1960s, the research was characterized by remarkable philologic features, from which a reading teaching methodology derives that achieves comprehension of the text based on the recognition of words and the understanding of phrases and sentences. After 1960s, research on the nature of reading developed swiftly and a few influential reading models: information processing model, psycholinguistic model, interactive model, schematic view, have come into existence.
