摘 要: 为确保在全球教育中的领先地位,新加坡政府高度重视培养优秀的专业教师队伍,在教师职前培养与资格认定、在职教师持续专业发展等方面颇具特色。新加坡的教师教育制度及培养高素质专业教师的有效策略,对我国提升教师队伍质量具有重要的启示意义。通过政府加大投入、提高教师待遇等策略提升教师的社会地位,遴选优秀人才担任教职,强化系统全面的职前培养,关注教师生涯发展的个性需求等方面的有力举措,将有助于为教育和社会经济发展提供优质的人力资源保障。 preparation and After introducing the unique institution of teacher education in Singapore, the policy of teacher qualification, and teachers' continuing professional development, this paper puts forward that the effective policy and practice of Singapore has great insights on developing high-quality teachers. Raising the status quo of teachers, selecting best students, designing systemic preparation, and focusing on teachers' individual needs on professional development will help to provide high-quality human resources for the development of education as well as the society.
