摘　　要： 人本主义教育理念是时代发展的产物,它的意义在于把人作为教育教学的出发点,顺应人的禀赋,提升人的潜能,完整而全面地关照人的发展。其理论之一是促进学习者"知、情、意"全面发展。它对提高大学英语教学质量、增强教学效果具有积极的不可替代的意义。 The educational philosophy of anthropologismus as a new ideology sets man as its start point to improve human endowment and to fully develop man＇s potentials.It theoretically encourages overall academic development with respect to cognition, emotion and willpower.Put into practice,it can help improve teaching quality of college English and enhance teaching effect.
