摘　　要： 外语教师发展除了应遵循本专业发展的一般规律之外,还体现了模因进化的过程。外语教师发展持续不断,周而复始,形成模因复制的一个个环路,通过模因选择和淘汰,实现模因增值。同样共同发展的外语教师在相互影响中提高自己的能力,教师将适合发展的有利因子相互结合,同时复制和传播形成共同发展。对模因周期和模因共同体的研究在外语教师的自主学习和共同发展等方面有着积极的作用,体现在不断提高、不断更新、相互促进和共同完善的发展过程。 The development of foreign language teachers shows the progress of memes in addition to its general laws of professional development. The development of foreign language teachers is considered as a continuous process which forms a loop of replication with the increase of value by memetie selection and elimination. Teachers in collaborative development may improve their abilities with the mutual influence, reproduction and dissemination by combining favorable factors. The study of the cycle of memes and the memeplexes has positive effects on the different aspects of autonomous learning and collaborative development of foreign language teachers, reflecting continuous improvement, constant updating, co-facilitating and perfecting.
