摘 要: 本文对三位专业英语教师进行课堂决策实证研究。通过研究前访谈、课堂观察、刺激回忆、追溯访谈等研究方法得出的数据显示:这三位专业英语教师在课堂上不同程度地都遇到了课堂内专业知识困境,即课堂内发生的、与专业英语教师专业知识不足相关的突发事件。通过描述和分析所确认的五个课堂内专业知识困境情景,探讨在课堂内专业知识困境中专业英语教师的决策、决策过程模式以及决策背后的深层原因。 This paper investigates the teaching practices and cognitions of three ESP teachers in their classrooms.By analyzing the data collected,it is found that ESP teachers in this study all encountered In-Class Subject Knowledge Dilemmas(ISKDs),which refers to unpredicted situations in-class where their subject knowledge is insufficient.By describing and analyzing ESP teachers’practices in five key episodes of ISKDs with reference to their own comments,it summarizes the strategies that the teachers used when dealing with ISKDs and discusses their interactive decision-making process and the cognitive factors beneath.
