摘　　要： 实现包容性增长对推动我国经济高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。本文基于2011-2020年我国31个省份的面板数据,构建金融包容指数和包容性增长指数,运用多种计量模型实证分析金融包容对包容性增长的影响、空间溢出效应以及门槛特征。结果表明:(1)金融包容能够显著促进包容性增长,且表现出明显的空间溢出效应。在包容性增长的子维度方面,金融包容对促进经济增长、缩小收入差距均有显著影响。(2)金融包容对包容性增长的影响存在人力资本水平的门槛特征。(3)在东部地区或营商环境水平较高的区域,金融包容对包容性增长的促进作用更强。基于研究,从创造良好的政策环境和市场氛围、推动区域之间金融包容的协调发展等方面提出建议。 Achieving inclusive growth is of great significance to promoting high-quality economic development in China.This paper evaluates the financial inclusion and inclusive growth level of 31 provinces in China during 2011-2020,and investigates the influence mechanism,spatial spillover and threshold effects between financial inclusion and inclusive growth with multiple econometrics models.It firstly finds that the financial inclusion can significantly improve the inclusive growth and its sub-dimensions:the economic growth and urban-rural income gap.And the financial inclusion has a positive spillover effect on surrounding areas,improving the inclusive growth of other provinces.Secondly,the impact of financial inclusion on inclusive growth has threshold characteristics relating to the level of human capital.Thirdly,the positive effect of financial inclusion on inclusive growth is more significant in the east or other regions with friendly business environment.The research suggests more incentive policies to develop financial inclusion and more coordination across regions.
