摘　　要： 民间金融是介于正规金融和非法金融之间的一种非正规金融组织。金融抑制和正规金融的小额信贷市场失灵,以及基于交易效率和契约治理方面的竞争优势,为民间金融创造了必要的生存条件。民间金融的效率优势存在理性边界,而信任度和社会网络关系扩展程度则起着决定性的作用。 This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the economic nature, the existent logic and the efficient boundary of civil financing. The conclusions of research demonstrate that civil financing is a kind of informal financial organization,locating at the band of informal financing and illegal financing.
