摘 要: 现代企业的竞争由企业间品牌竞争转向为供应链之间的竞争,可持续供应链管理中企业承担社会责任,是提高企业竞争优势、顺应社会责任指南标准化趋势的必然要求。针对可持续发展、供应链管理与企业社会责任理论基础,提出了可持续供应链视觉下企业社会责任风险的评价指标,运用层次分析法与模拟评分法得出指标权重与分数,再对企业社会责任风险进行评价。同时,以汽车行业为例对企业社会责任风险进行了案例计算分析,最后得出如何与红色、黄色、绿色企业进行合作。 The supply chain competition replace the brand competition in the modern enterprise competition.The enterprises social responsibility in the sustainable supply chain management is the inevitable requirement of improve the enterprise's competition advantage and conform to standardization of social responsibility guidelines.In view of sustainable development,supply chain management and corporate social responsibility theory,the evaluation index of social responsibility risk of enterprise sustainable supply chain is put forward,the method of analytic hierarchy process and simulation evaluation method are applied,then the risk of corporate social responsibility is evaluated in this paper.At the same time,the automobile industry as an example to make a case against the risk of corporate social responsibility analysis,finally the conclusion on how to cooperate with red,yellow,green is given.
