摘　　要： 以高职院校在校大学生为研究对象,以组织中创造力和创新的成分模型为参考框架,探索学校创新氛围对高职院校学生创业意愿的影响,以及个性特质的中介作用。研究发现:个性特质中的冒险和好奇心显著正向影响高职院校学生的创业意愿,学校的创新氛围通过个性特质中的冒险、好奇心的中介作用影响学生的创业意愿,学校的创新氛围对学生的创业意愿没有显著的直接影响。该研究结果可为高职院校人才培养改革提供参考建议。 This study takes higher vocational college students as research object,taking the component model of creativity and innovation in the organization as the reference framework,and explores the impact of school innovation atmosphere on their entrepreneurial intention and the intermediary role of personality traits.Taking the component model of creativity and innovation in organization as the reference framework,this study found that the“adventure”and“curiosity”in personality traits have significant positive impacts on students’entrepreneurial intention in higher vocational colleges.School innovation atmosphere affects students’entrepreneurial intention through the intermediary effect of the“adventure”and“curiosity”in personality traits.School innovation atmosphere has no significant direct impact on students’entrepreneurial intention.Suggestions are brought up for educators to reforming higher vocational colleges in the future.
