摘　　要： 高校＂形势与政策＂课程的特殊性,决定了传统单一的课堂授课模式已经无法满足当代的教学要求。只有发挥大数据时代信息技术优势,构建网络教学与科研平台,让＂互联网＋＂与高校＂形势与政策＂课程教学改革进行深度融合,创新改革教学科研模式,才能有效保证教学质量、提高教学内涵、提升科研能力、增强高校实力。 The specific characteristics of ＂Situation and Policy ＂ in university decide that the traditional classroom teaching model has been unable to meet the requirements of modern education. With the advantage of IT,build a network platform for teaching and research, integrate ＂Internet Plus ＂ and teaching reform of the ＂Situation and Policy＂deeply,and innovate the mode of teaching and scientific research,in order to ensure the quality of teaching,improve the teaching object,enhance the research ability and strengthen the competence of university effectively.
