摘　　要： 经过晚清"小说界革命"与民初"文学革命"的双重变革,中国小说文体完成了古今交替与中西交融的演变,呈现出古代小说与现代小说两种不同的文体观念。20世纪以来的小说史书写大多无视小说文体的古今之变与中西之别,以现代小说观念去评判古代小说传统,对小说发展缺乏了解之同情,导致小说研究的自我殖民化。小说文体研究应当回归本土语境,回到历史现场。既接纳现代的小说观念,也承认古代的小说传统,主张动态发展的研究视野与包融宏通的研究格局。 After the double reforms of the "novel revolution"in the late Qing Dynasty and the "literary revolution"in the early Republic of China,the Chinese novel style has completed the alternation of the ancient and modern times and the blending of China and the west styles,presenting two different stylistic concepts about ancient and modern novels. Since the 20 th century, writing the history of novel mostly ignored the changes of novel style between the ancient and modern times and the differences between China and the West. Judging the tradition of ancient novel with modern concept and lacking sympathy for the development of novel, novel research presents the phenomenon of self-colonization. Therefore,the study of novel style should return to the local context and the historical scene. By accepting the modern concepts of novel and recognizing its traditions,the vision considering the dynamic development and the pattern with inclusive comprehension can finally be achieved.
