摘　　要： 强化广大教职工的民主意识是提高高校民主政治建设水平的关键,目前高校教职工的民主意识现状主要表现在民主政治情感不浓、民主意识不强和民主意识缺乏民主思想和民主理论的正确指导。本文对如何强化广大教职工的民主意识提了三个建议,即:加强教育宣传方面的工作、加强法规和制度方面的工作以及加强民主实践方面的工作。 It's crucial to reinforce college staff's democratic consciousness so as to promote the level of democracy construction in colleges.At the present,the current status of college staff's democratic consciousness mainly shows that they are lack of democracy emotions,the level of democratic consciousness is low,and it is lack of democracy ideas and theories to direct their democratic consciousness properly.This paper has proposed three suggestions to reinforce college staff's democratic consciousness,that is,to reinforce education and publicity,complete status and regulations,and increase democracy practice.
