摘　　要： 主题公园投资量大、回收期长,有效实施项目融资是主题公园开发及经营的重要保障。该文以华侨城入园凭证资产证券化项目为例,分析旅游项目资产证券化过程中盘活存量资产、提升融资效率、安排交易结构等关键环节,为旅游项目资产证券化提供启示。 The characteristics of the theme park includes large amount of investment, long payback period, etc. Project financing is an important guarantee for the development and management of the theme park. This paper takes the OCT ABS as an example, analyzing the revitalization of stock assets during the process of securitization of tourism project to improve the efficiency of financing arrangements and to provide suggestions for the tourism project asset securitization.
