摘　　要： 货币政策差异效应的存在增加了中央银行政策调控的难度,削弱了政策调控的效力,影响到宏观调控目标的实现,从而引起了学者们的广泛关注。在体制转型时期,中国经济具有典型的二元性特征,统一的货币政策在城乡之间、不同产权结构的企业之间、正规和非正规金融部门之间也存在差异效应。关注这些层面的差异效应,将有助于深化对中国货币政策问题的认识,提高货币政策调控的绩效。 Differential effects of monetary policy increase the difficulty and weaken the efficiency of the central bank＇s policy-regulating and affect the realization of macro-regulation aims,which arouses general concern among scholars.From the typical binary features of China＇s economy during the system-transforming period,differential effects exist in the unified monetary policy between urban and rural,among enterprises of different property-right,and between official and non-official financial institutions.It is conducive to deepening the understanding of China＇s monetary policy issues and raising the efficiency of the monetary policy regulation to be concerned about these differential effects.
