摘　　要： 创新是经济特区发展的基本特征,无论是过去、现在和今后,创新都是特区发展的关键。中国经济特区的生命力就在于不断创新。经济特区有着许多继续创新的优势。在新的转型时期,经济特区应在观念、体制、发展道路、产业结构、增长模式、对外开放方式等许多方面展开全方位创新。 Innovation is the basic character of Special Economic Zones＇development,and it＇s also the key of Special Economic Zones＇development in the past,at the present and even in the future.The vitality of China＇s Special Economic Zones lie in continuously innovation.China＇s Special Economic Zones own various advantages of continuous innovations.In this new period of economic transitions,China＇s Special Economic Zones should launch all-around innovations in aspects of conceptions,systems,roads to development,industry structure,growth model,and ways of reform and open,etc.
