摘　　要： 集成电路产业在以互联网为代表的信息时代起着决定性作用,已凸显成为我国最重要的战略产业之一。本文编制了集成电路产业投入产出表,通过投入产出表的各类系数来分析我国集成电路的产业关联和波及效应。结果表明:(1)我国集成电路产业作为中间投入品与电子元器件、计算机、通信设备等制造业联系最为密切,产业整体对经济的拉动能力较强,且不易受到其他行业的影响,但集成电路材料部门对经济拉动能力明显低于其他部门,集成电路封装测试部门对经济的推动程度最高;(2)集成电路产业整体属于“出口依赖型”产业且进口依赖出口需求,分部门来看集成电路材料、制造、封装测试部门的生产和出口诱发依存特征符合产业整体趋势,集成电路设备、设计部门属于“投资依赖型”产业且进口依赖投资需求;(3)集成电路产业及其5个子部门的生产诱发系数:出口>投资,进口诱发系数的结论恰好相反。最后本文从实际角度提出增加社会资本注入、构建良好产业生态环境、加强与中国台湾台积电等企业的联系以及在封装测试业实现定点突破等建议;从投入产出的角度提出加强上下游协同关联、以集成电路封装测试业和制造业为产业核心、加大集成电路产业“引进来”和“走出去”对外开放力度等建议。 The integrated circuit industry plays a decisive role in the information age represented by the Internet and has become one of the most important strategic industries in China.This paper compiles the input-output table of the integrated circuit industry,and analyzes the industrial correlation and ripple effect of integrated circuits in China through various coefficients of the input-output table.The results show that:(1)China's integrated circuit industry as an intermediate input are most closely linked with electronic components,computers,communication equipment and other manufacturing industries,which has a strong ability to pull the economy,and is not easy to be affected by other industries,but the integrated circuit materials sector has a significantly lower pulling capacity for the economy than other departments,and the integrated circuit packaging and testing department has the highest degree of promotion of the economy.(2)The integrated circuit is an“export dependent”industry and its imports depend on export demand;in terms of sub sectors,the production and export induced dependence characteristics of integrated circuit materials,manufacturing,packaging and testing departments are in line with the overall trend of the industry.Integrated circuit equipment and design departments belong to“investment dependent”industries and import depends on investment demand.(3)The production inducement coefficient of integrated circuit industry and its five sub sectors:export>investment,and the conclusion of import inducement coefficient is the opposite.Finally,from the practical point of view,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing social capital injection,building a good industrial ecological environment,strengthening the relationship with Taiwan,China TSMC and other enterprises,and realizing a fixed-point breakthrough in the packaging and testing industry;from the perspective of input-output,such as strengthening the collaborative relationship between upstream and downstream,taking the integ
