摘　　要： 广州本田在1998年率先进入中国市场,并取得巨大成功。之后日产和丰田也先后进入广州,并带动了三大汽车企业的零部件供应商在广东省的投资。本文介绍了广东省汽车产业发展的概况,对投资广东省的日本零部件企业进行分析,概括了三大汽车公司的零部件供应商在广东地区的建厂状况,并根据广州海关的进出口数据,对进口额最高的汽车零部件—变速箱的主要供应商进行分析。最后对日本中小零部件供应商将来在广东省的投资提出见解。 Guangzhou Honda, the first to enter the Chinese market in 1998, has achieved great success. So have Nissan and Toyota, which are encouraging the parts suppliers for the three major auto enterprises to invest in Guangdong. This paper first introduces the development of the automobile industry in Guangdong, then analyzes the Japanese parts supply enterprises＇ investment in Guangdong, and finally sums up the factory building of the three major auto parts suppliers. According to the data of import and export provided by Guangzhou Customs Office, this paper analyzes the suppliers for the gearbox, which holds the highest amount among the imported auto parts. This paper also puts forward some suggestions for the Japanese small and medium-sized parts and components suppliers to invest in Guangdong in the future.
