摘　　要： 老年人口的健康促进是老龄化背景下的社会热点议题。基于中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)2018年数据,考察社会支持对老年人身心健康的影响及其差异性,并利用交互效应模型和中介效应模型,对社会支持影响老年人健康的交互效应和中介效应进行分析。研究发现,家庭、社区和政府的支持对老年人身心健康均有不同程度的促进效应,并且这种健康促进效应存在城乡和年龄差异。进一步研究表明,家庭、社区和政府的支持对老年人健康的促进效应同时存在互补性和互替性,家庭支持和社区支持、社区支持和政府支持表现为互补关系,家庭支持和政府支持则表现为互替关系。家庭支持仍然是影响老年人健康的主要因素。社会支持通过提高社会参与度、提高经济自由度、增强医疗可得性三个渠道对老年人健康产生积极影响,其中提高经济自由度是最主要的渠道。建议着力构建全方位、多层次、立体化的社会支持体系,强化社会支持对老年人健康的促进效应。 Promoting health for older adults is a hot topic against the background of population aging.On the basis of data from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS),this paper explored the respective impacts of social support on the physical and mental health of different older adults,and analyzed the interaction and mediation effect of the impact using relevant models.It is found that family,community,and government support can promote the physical and mental health of the elderly to some extent,and the promotion effect differs among people of various age groups and between urban and rural areas.Further research shows that supports from the above-mentioned sources are complementary and interchangeable:family and community support,community and government support are complementary,and family and government support are interchangeable.Family support is still the main factor affecting health of the elderly.Social support affects health of the elderly in a positive way through three channels:improving their financial independence,encouraging social participation and enhancing availability of medical resources,the first channel being the most important.It is suggested that an all-round,multi-tiered stereo system should be developed to improve social support for health of the elderly.
