摘 要: 中国传统体育运动通过发挥人的自我意识主导肢体运动,使人体各机能系统通过运动刺激得以提升兴奋性、促进新陈代谢、提高平衡能力,其重在健体和怡情。中医养生保健是以天人相应、自然和谐为原则,通过改善人体的起居、饮食、行为、心性和适当的身体锻炼活动,达到经络通畅、气血饱满、精神内守的身心平衡状态,其重在修身和调心。在当前大力提倡大健康的形势下,将我国传统体育与中医养生保健进行有机的结合,对于倡导科学健康的健身方式、探索中医养生保健与传统体育运动并重进行健康维护及亚健康的干预具有重要的现实意义。 The traditional Chinese medicine keeping in good health care is a natural harmony for the principle,by improving the diet,living,behavior,mind,and the appropriate physical activity,and to achieve smooth meridian,spirit keep balanced state of body and mind,such as in its emphasis on cultivate one’s morality and the heart.Modern sports inis based on people’s sense of self leading the exercise of the body,make the function of human body each system stimulated,to enhance the excitability,promote metabolism,improve the ability of balence,its emphasis on fitness and chief use for delight.Both is through the science of health exercise prescription to achieve the purpose of regulating body and mind,strong body.This paper mainly through literature analysis and logical reasoning,of the traditional Chinese medicine health care and the traditional sports connotation and denotation of system analysis and integration,according to their internal logical relationship and the efficacy of essentially difference.It is concluded that the principle of formulating appropriate exercise prescription,thus in sub-health intervention applications get better coordinated development.
