摘　　要： 针对当前我国农村公共体育资源配置主要存在资源配置不到位、非均衡性和资源浪费3个问题,就配置效益归因分析及配置路径进行探讨和研究。认为农村公共体育资源配置,要想在同样甚至是少量投入的基础上带来更多的回报就必须做到:把农村公共体育资源配置列为政府政绩考核的一项重要指标;加强对农村公共财政转移支付制度的完善和管理;根据受益原则,实行农村体育公共资源配置成本的分担与补偿机制;做好宣传和动员工作,改变农民对体育的错误认知并逐步完善农村体育公共资源配置的利益表达机制。 The current physical resources of rural public primary resource allocation is in place,and waste of resources of non-equilibrium three questions.On this basis,the paper attributed to configure benefit analysis and configuration path was also discussed and studied.Proposed：the allocation of resources of rural public sports,to even a small number in the same basis of inputs must return more to do：the allocation of resources in rural areas as the government public sports an important indicator of performance evaluation;to strengthen public financial transfer payment system in rural areas of improvement and management;according to the principle of benefit,the implementation of rural sports to share the cost of public resource allocation and compensation mechanisms;publicity and mobilization,peasants and the error in sports awareness and improve the interests of rural sports expression mechanism of public resources.
