摘　　要： 融合高职教育的"职业性"与"人文性",对高职大学生实施与其专业或将来从事的职业相关的职业思想、方法、态度和情感养成教育,是高职人才培养的"职业化"要求,也成为高职思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的重大课题。通过转变观念、创新管理和优化激励推进高职思想政治理论课教师队伍"职业化"建设对高职大学生职业精神和品格的养成具有重大意义。 Duringvocationalization ofhighervocational college students, the ideological and political theorycourse teachingmust bereformedwiththe combinationofprofessionalismandhuman- ity in order to cultivate their vocational personality. The important way to achieve this goal is to change idea, innovate management and optimize incentive to vocationalize the teaching staff of the ideologicalandpoliticaltheorycourseinhighervocational education.
