摘　　要： 高校图书馆联盟的数字资源共享中主要存在6种知识产权风险:数据库共享风险、文献传递风险、馆际互借风险、随书光盘网络下载风险、网络链接导航服务风险、成员馆中途退出风险。实证研究表明,文献传递风险的可能性最高,成员馆中途退出风险的可能性最低;数据库共享风险的后果最严重。因此,高校图书馆联盟应采取风险管理措施,如建立完善的知识产权制度和风险监管机制、将知识产权风险做刚性规定、加强馆员知识产权培训和用户知识产权宣传等。 There are six intellectual property risks about the sharing of digital resources in the university library consortium, such as the database sharing risk, the literature delivery risk, the interlibrary loan risk, the network download risk of the CD attached books, the navigation service risk of the network link and the risk that the member library drops out half way. The empirical study shows that the highest possibility is the literature delivery risk, while the risk that the member library drops out half way is the lowest possiblity and the serious effect could be caused by the database sharing risk in the university library consortium. Thus, the university library consortium should adopt risk management measures, such as establishing perfect intellectual property system and the risk surpervision system, using rigidity intellectual property system; ~trengthening the intellectual property training for librarians and the intellectual property propaganda for users, and so on.
