摘　　要： 从体育社会化的角度阐明了新时期体育教师的知识及素质结构.提出了新型体育教师应具有:良好职业道德、创新能力、终身学习能力和合作精神.突出从角色转变视角透视新型体育教师培养的重要性. Clarifies the structure of knowledge and character of new period athletics teacher from the view of socialization of PE.Putting forward a new-type athletics teacher should have good occupation morals,creative ability,and whole-life study ability and cooperation spirit.Specially sees through the importance that the new athletics teachers train from the view of role changing.
