摘 要: 近年来,细胞生产系统逐步取代了计算机集成制造系统。这是因为,细胞生产系统能够充分发挥作业员工的柔性,且能够低成本、迅速地实现变品种、变产量的生产。本文在分析CIM系统的局限性基础上,以日本企业为例重点讨论细胞生产系统的概念及其类型,并论证细胞生产系统的优劣和适用条件。 In recent years, Cell Production System(CPS) had gradually replaced Computer Integrated Manufacturing System(CIMS)for several reasons: CPS could not only fully exert the workers' flexibility but also reduce the cost and quickly realize the produce of changing species and quantities. Basing on the analysis about the limitations of CIMS, this paper mainly takes the Japanese enterprises to discuss the CPS's definition and type and to demonstrate its advantages and disadvantages as well as its usage conditions.
