摘　　要： 近年来,官员问责在我国行政生活中屡见不鲜,但其远不是规范制度下的产物。通过对中国官员问责制的制度缺陷和本身缺陷进行分析,并借鉴域外多个具有代表性的国家所实行的官员问责制,进而提出政策性建议。 During the construction of the accountability system of government officials,many problems are exposed,such as its master,content being unclear,the law imperfect,the processing not intact.Considering this situation,this thesis makes a comprehensive discussion on the theory of the system of accountability,introduces the system of accountability and its enlightenment of the Western countries,analyzes the main problems and causes,and thus puts forward the author's opinions about how to improve it.
