摘　　要： 本文论述了知识经济必须以高新技术的支持作为物质基础 ,还必须以人文价值观作为环境条件 ,这是知识经济的两个支撑点。知识经济要求的人文环境条件以个体的人权为特征 ,具有特定的经济道德规范和社会价值规范。我国现阶段的人文环境对知识经济既有有利的一方面 ,也有不利的一方面。 The essay discusses that acknowledge economy must be not only supported by new high technology industries as its material foundation, but also provided with necessary condition of human culture circumstance which are two strong points of the acknowledge economy. The condition of human culture circumstance which acknowledge economy requests is characterized by the individual human rights which possessed specific standard of economy ethics and social value. Nowadays, human culture circumstance is advantageous for acknowledge economy in our country , In the meantime, it is disadvantageous in some aspects, In order to welcome the acknowledge economy, our country create better circumstance of the human culture.
