摘　　要： 住房所有权成本作为反映住房基本面价值的要素,具有重要的作用。通过梳理国外对住房所有权成本研究的文献,有助于了解住房所有权成本的概念、影响因素及计量模型。如何建立一个完整并且能反映现实的住房所有权成本模型是今后的研究方向。 The user cost of owner-occupied housing plays an important role in determining the basic house prices.By hackling the foreign literature related,we can understand the concept,influencing facts and calculation models of the user cost of owner-occupied housing.How to establish a complete model of the user cost of owner-occupied housing that reflects the reality is worth studying in the future.
