摘　　要： 法律语言是一种机构语言,它蕴涵着法律领域中各个实体之间的不同权力关系。本文在米歇尔.福柯(M ichel Foucau lt)的权力话语理论框架下,分析法庭判决书中法官与诉讼人之间非平衡不对等权力关系的具体语言表现形式。 Legal language falls under the category of institutional discourse, it embodies various legal relations among different entities in the realm of law, The article intends to analyze Chinese judgments based on Foucanlt＇s theory of power and discourse, with the aim of tracing the main linguistic manifestations of power asymmetries between the judge and the litigants.
