摘　　要： 美国基于存款保险制度以市场化方式对问题银行的处置获得较高的效率,日本则仍以行政手段为主并逐渐向市场化的方式转变。中国存款保险制度仍需完善法制建设、监管制度的设计和处置流程设计。为此,设计了中国问题银行退出路径,并提出相应政策建议。 In the study of the exit path of problem banks in the United States and Japan,we have learned that the United States has a higher efficiency of dealing with the problem banks,relying on the deposit insurance system,and Japan to deal with the problem banks mainly relys on administrative means. China is in the road of marketizing transition. After the introduction of the deposit insurance system,China must continue to improve the legal system construction,regulatory system design,disposal process design,in order to better deal with the problem banks,give full play to the efficiency of the market mechanism. Therefore,in reference to the experience and practice of the United States and Japan,the paper designs the exit path of China' s problem banks,and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
