摘　　要： 权利发展与伦理变迁息息相关。西方权利发展的历程——从等级权利观到平等权利观、从神学权利—观到世俗权利观、从自然权利观到实在权利观、从集体权利至上到个人权利本位,无一不烙有伦理变迁的印记。西方权利发展的历史可以说是伦理变迁的历史。在历史上,有什么样的伦理观,就有什么样的权利观。权利现象的不同历史类型,实际上也是伦理观的不同历史类型。 The development of right is closely bound up with the change of ethics. The process of the development of western right--from view of rank right to that of equality right, from theology right to common right, from natural right to practical right,from collevtive right to individual right, each one has been influenced strongly by it. The history of the development of western right is the history of the change of ethics. From the point of view of history, what kind of view of ethics determines what kind of view of right. In fact, the historical variety of right is that of ethics.
