摘　　要： 利益的法律调整机制是一个活的机体 ,它是由权利和义务两个手段和诸多环节构成的系统。在现代社会 ,权利本位是贯穿整个系统的精义。其中制衡原则、沟通原则。 The mechanism of legal regulation of interests is a living system involving rights and duties and many relevant issues. In modern society the right-oriented doctrine is the soul of the system. While regulating interests, the law must embody the principles of containing , of connection , of order and justice.
