摘　　要： 随着我国高校扩招,高等教育正迈向普及化阶段,与此同时,我国毕业生数量始终处于上升状态。面对严峻的就业形势,需要大学生全面提高个人素养和综合能力,增加自身的就业竞争力。礼仪对大学生学习生活以及求职就业中起着重要影响,是提升大学生就业竞争力的主要因素,也是体现个人能力的关键方面。礼仪教育不仅仅表现在仪容仪表仪态等外在行为规范的学习,而更重要地表现在以培养道德、审美、文化为主要内容的内在气质修养。礼仪教育促进学生就业观和价值观的转变,加深学生对于礼仪在实际工作用的理解,对学生就业竞争力起到积极的推进作用。 With the expansion of university enrollment in our country, higher education is stepping into the popularization stage. Meanwhile, the number of graduate has kept rising throughout. Under such severe employment situation, college students need to improve their personal qualities and comprehensive ability, to enhance their employment competitiveness. Etiquette,which is a key factor to enhance students' employment competitiveness and personal ability, plays an important role in students' study and career life. Etiquette education is not only the study of external behavior norms for appearance and manner,but also for cultivate moral, aesthetic and culture, which is the core of self-cultivation. Etiquette education is beneficial for the transformation of students' employment values, deepen students' understanding of the etiquette in the practical work, and play a positive role in enhancing students' employment competitiveness.
