摘　　要： 论文以《清华大学藏战国竹简(壹)》和《清华大学藏战国竹简(贰)》(以下简称《清华简(壹)》、《清华简(贰)》)中的介词"于"和"於"为考察对象,通过对介词"于"和"於"使用情况的整理统计,归纳其用法,观察介词"于"和"於"的发展变化,并与先秦其他出土和传世文献中介词"于"和"於"的使用情况进行比较,从语言的角度探讨清华简的真伪问题。结论是:《清华简(壹)》《清华简(贰)》中各篇介词"于"、"於"的使用情况完全符合先秦其他出土、传世文献中的使用规律,因此可以从一个侧面证明《清华简》的真实性。 According to The Bamboo Slips of Warring States Period Collected by Tsinghua（清华） University （Ⅰ） and （Ⅱ） （hereinafter referred to as Tsinghua（清华） Bamboo Slips （Ⅰ） and Tsinghua Bamboo Slips （Ⅱ） ）, the article counted the numbers of the two prepositions Yu（于） and Yu（於）, summarized their usages , and observed the development and changes of the prepositions Yu（于） and Yu（於）, and then compared the usages of these two prepositions with that of other unearthed and handed down literature in Pre-Qin（秦） Period. At last, this article discussed the issue of real or fake of Tsinghua（清华 Bamboo Slips from the point of view of linguistics. The conclusion is： The usages of these two prepositions in Tsinghua（清华） Bamboo Slips （Ⅰ） and （Ⅱ） is fully corresponded with the law of their usages of other unearthed and handed down literature in Pre-Qin（秦） Period, so that it can prove the authenticity of Tsinghua（清华） Bamboo Slips from a certain aspect.
