摘　　要： 目的通过对广东省高校大学生心理健康教育知晓率的调查,了解大学生心理健康教育实践中存在的问题,并提出针对性的提升大学生心理健康教育的对策。方法因为疫情影响,采用分层整群抽样方法,利用网络填写问卷的方式收集数据,所有问卷在2020年6月发布完成收集。在参考文献的基础上自行编制了大学生心理健康教育知晓率问卷,通过网络调查的方式,对广东省145所高校147509例大学生进行了问卷调查。结果广东省大学生对心理健康、心理咨询、精神卫生法等有一定程度认知,但对心理概念性问题、在具体心理情景问题中应用心理健康等方面仍需提升。结论可从加强心理、精神卫生的常识普及着手,提升高校的心理健康教育和学生的认知水平,增强应用性等,以便大学生更好了解心理健康知识,提升心理健康水平。 Objective Through the investigation of the awareness rate of college students’mental health education in Guangdong province,to understand the problems existing in the practice of college students’mental health education,and to propose targeted countermeasures to improve college students’mental health education.Methods Due to the impact of the epidemic,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to collect data by filling out questionnaires online.All questionnaires will be released in June 2020 to complete the collection.On the basis of references,a questionnaire on the awareness rate of college students’mental health education was compiled,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 147509 college students from 145 colleges and universities in Guangdong province through an online survey.Results Guangdong college students have a certain degree of cognition about mental health,psychological counseling,and mental health laws,but they still need to improve their mental health in terms of psychological conceptual problems and the application of mental health in specific mental situation problems.Conclusion It is possible to start by strengthening the popularization of common sense of psychology and mental health,improve the mental health education of colleges and universities,the cognitive level of students,and enhance the applicability,so that college students can better understand mental health knowledge and improve the level of mental health.
