摘　　要： 首先探讨了高校科研资源配置与效益评价的作用和意义,对传统的效益评价方法进行了归纳对比,然后基于数据包络分析法对高校科研效益进行了分析和研究,建立了高校科研资源配置及效益评价指标体系,通过结合我校实际数据对科研效益评价进行了实证研究,得出了评价结论并提出了针对性建议。 The effect and significance of resources allocation and benefits of research in universities are explored.The traditional assessment methods were summed up and analyzed.The benefits of research are studied based on Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,to establish the assessment indicator system.Benefits assessments with real data are carried out to draw conclusion and constructive suggestions.
