摘 要: 与跨国公司寻求合资或者自主发展,是国内汽车集团生存的两大模式。本文通过建立一个三阶段的动态博弈模型,来研究跨国汽车集团在合资过程中发生的技术扩散与中方和外方的技术创新与研发策略有何关系,如何作用于国产品牌和合资品牌的竞争格局,又将如何影响国内自主创新企业的发展。模型揭示了技术扩散和创新绩效这两者与汽车产业的技术研发之间微妙的关系,得出的结论可以被现实世界中发生的事情很好地印证,发展和补充了国际技术扩散的相关研究,并为汽车产业政策的制定、汽车企业的发展战略提供一定的参考。 There are both survival patterns of automotive groups in China, which include cooperation with multinational companies and self-development. Based on a three- stage dynamic game model, this paper probes into how the technical diffusion impacts on technical innovation and R&D strategy of both Chinese and foreign partner in the process of joint venture; and how the technical diffusion affects the competitive market of domestic brands and joint venture brands; and how the technical diffusion influences the development of Chinese self-innovation enterprises. The model reveals the delicate rehtionship among technical diffusion, innovation performance and R&D strategies of automotive industry, which reaches several significantly realistic conclusions that develop and supplement the research of international technology diffusion. The paper also provides some reference for government's policy-making and automotive enterprises' strategy development.
