摘　　要： 随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等信息技术的飞速发展,产业结构进行调整,涌现出新的行业、就业岗位和就业创业形式。大学就业在新就业形态下也有新的形势和特点,灵活就业、创新创业成为越来越多大学生选择的就业方式。文章采用SWOT分析法,对面临新形态的大学生就业进行优劣势分析,并为大学生提出:发挥大学生综合素质水平较高的优势,改变传统就业观念,拓宽就业思路、克服劣势,顺应中国经济转型升级的潮流,做好就业规划,提升自身就业竞争力,积极投身新就业形态的建议。 With the rapid development of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other information technology and the adjustment of industrial structure,new industries,jobs,forms of employment and entrepreneurship have emerged.University employment also has new situation and characteristics under the new employment form,more and more college students choose flexible employment and innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the employment of college students facing new forms,and put forward suggestions:Give full play to the advantages of college students with higher comprehensive quality,give full play to the advantages of College Students’higher comprehensive quality,change the traditional concept of employment,broaden the employment ideas,overcome the disadvantages,comply with the trend of China’s economic transformation and upgrading,do a good job in employment planning,enhance their employment competitiveness,and actively participate in the new employment form.
