摘　　要： 制度和资源是社会组织发展的重要影响因素,公益法制化建设与网络捐赠平台的兴起为社会组织的发展塑造了一个新的制度情境,同时改变了传统资源动员方式。不同社会基础的社会组织参与公益众筹策略有所不同,资源动员的成效及其产生的后果也不同。筹资并非社会组织参与众筹的唯一目的,合法性的社会表达、社群维系或平台搭建构成不同社会组织的行动逻辑,组织与社群的互动是其进行筹资行动的重要动力机制。网络捐赠在一定程度上建构了以市场信任为基础的捐赠模式,给社会组织发展提供了一定的可能性,但也存在着较多局限。 Institutions and resources are important factors influencing the development of social organizations.The construction of public welfare and the rise of network donation platform has built a new institutional context for social organizations,as well as changed the mode of the traditional resource mobilization.Different social organizations,based on different social foundations,adopt different patterns of strategies of crowdfunding.Financing is not the only target for social organizations to crowdfund.The social expression of legitimacy,the maintenance of communities or platform construction is the logic explanation for different communities.The interaction of organizations and communities is an important dynamic of the public welfare crowdfunding.Network public welfare funding constructs a donation model based on market trust to some extent,and increases the developmental space for social organizations,yet with many limitations.
