摘　　要： 高职院校家庭经济困难学生占在校生人数的比例越来越高,本文拟采用问卷调查与访谈法,在充分了解高职院校家庭经济困难学生的现实状况基础上,通过对其进行SWOT分析、建立个人就业指导专项档案、为其提供专业的职业测评及全程化的就业指导服务等"四步法"的个性化就业指导,有效帮助这一群体正确认识自我,提升个人综合职业素养与职业能力。 The proportion of the students with family This paper uses questionnaire and interview method, in the economic difficulties in polytechnic is higher and higher. full understanding of family economic difficulties students in polytechnic based on reality, through the SWOT analysis, establish individual employment guidance to its special files, providing professional career assessment and whole course of the employment guidance services ＂four steps＂ personalized employment guidance to effectively help the family economic difficulties students correct understanding of self, improve personal comprehensive professional quality and professional ability.
