摘　　要： 通过对珠三角小家电专业镇的调研,分析小家电企业的特点及存在的问题,提出通过建设人才资源库、技术资源库、研发交流平台及文化传播中心等四个环节,聚企业、行业协会及科研单位三方力量组建技术联盟的方式。进一步通过寻找同产业链、同产业群等的关键点,提出实现寻找同类企业及技术合作点的途径,从而达到技术联盟的目标。 After researching specialize town of small appliances in the PRD, the paper analyzes the features and problems of small appliances enterprise. It puts forward a way of alliance for technology made by talent resource, technology resource, development exchange platform, communication center of culture etc. The organization embodies enterprise, professional associations and scientific research institutions. In order to attain the aim of alliance for technology, the dissertation proposes an approach to find similar enterprise and the waypoint of technological cooperation.
