摘　　要： 在工业4.0技术背景下,通过对接智能物流行业的人才胜任力特征,以国家产教融合政策为指引,以校企共同开发职业能力为导向的课程为载体,以企业任务主导的教学模式为媒介,推动物流管理专业人才匹配智能物流行业发展需要,促进职业教育与实体产业的有机衔接,从而构建新趋势下的教学服用一体化的职教格局,并从政策层面、行业层面和社会层面保障全面推进工业4.0背景下的智能物流职业教育新模式。 In recent years,the integration of vocational education and industry has attracted much attention.Under the technical background of Industry 4.0,by connecting the talent competency characteristics of the intelligent logistics industry,guided by the national industry education integration policy,the school enterprise joint development of vocational ability courses and the enterprise task oriented teaching mode,the logistics management professionals are promoted to meet the developmental needs of the intelligent logistics industry and promote the existence of vocational education and the real industry.In order to build a new pattern of vocational education with the integration of teaching and serving,we should promote the sustainable development of vocational education in the context of industry 4.0 atthe policy level,industry level and social level.
