摘 要: 数字技术以其特有的资源禀赋优势,推动产业全面向数字化、智能化转型,越来越多的岗位职责由原先单一、局部向全面、复合的趋势变化。“三教”改革作为助推职业教育高质量发展的重要抓手,以教师改革为主导,以教材改革为载体,以教法改革为媒介,推动职业教育人才培养目标与岗位胜任能力的供需契合,促进教学过程与生产流程的基本匹配,不断缩减产业链、教育链与人才链之间的差距,使学生真正成为促进区域产业可持续发展的主力军。 Digital technology,with its unique resource endowment advantages,has been promoting the overall transformation of the industry to digitalization and intelligence.More and more industry post responsibilities show a trend of changing from single and partial to comprehensive and compound.As an important starting point to boost the high-quality development of vocational education,the reform takes teacher reform as the leading factor,teaching material reform as the carrier,and teaching method reform as the medium to promote the combination of supply and demand of vocational education talent training objectives and post competence,promote the basic matching of the teaching process and production process,and constantly reduce the gap between industrial chain,education chain,and talent chain.In this way,students can truly become the main force to promote the sustainable development of regional industries.
