摘 要: 我国企业绩效管理水平较为落后,在绩效管理考评体系和考评过程中存在诸多问题,究其成因,主要是绩效管理考核与评价不够科学;绩效管理实施机制尚未形成;绩效管理考核方法盲目效仿。对这些问题进行透彻的分析,为建立一套符合自身发展战略的关键绩效指标体系提供依据。 The performance management of Chinese companies is poorly developed and a lot of problems exist in the performance man- agement evaluation system,especially during the evaluation process. The major reasons for these problems lie in the lack of a scientific performance management evaluation system and a performance management implementation system,what's more, the performance management evaluation methods are always blindly adopted. Through an intensive analysis of the performance index systems fit for a company's strategic development.
