摘　　要： 随着收集和利用实物材料数量的增加,传统的档案著录内容和格式已满足不了实物材料的需要,为了更好地利用和保护实物材料,迫切需要更加规范的著录内容。本文根据实物材料的特点,提出了规范实物材料著录的原则、必要性、可行性及对策。 With the increase of the real object materials, the traditional description cannot meet the need in the content and format. In order to better utilizing and protect the real object materials, standard description is required. Based on the features of the real object materials, the paper proposed the description principles, necessities, feasibility and strategies.
