摘　　要： 运输成本是企业物流成本的重要组成部分。控制企业的物流成本很大程度上取决于运输成本的控制。本文就目前我国运输成本控制中存在的问题来探讨企业运输成本控制的有效方法,以期为企业在实施物流成本控制过程中提供有用的建议和帮助。 The cost of transportation is the most important part in the logistic costs. And the controlling of logistical cost mainly depends on the controlling of transportation＇s cost. The paper discusses the problems on the controlling of transportation＇s cost and finds the methods to control the costs effectively in order to provide the useful advice for company with the controlling ways.
