摘　　要： 什么水平的国际化速度在何种情境下更有助于提升国际新创企业国际绩效?围绕该问题,以322家中国的国际新创企业为样本数据,运用潜调节结构方程模型,实证检验了国际化速度、学习导向与国际新创企业国际绩效之间的关系。结果显示:初始进入速度、国家范围速度和国际承诺速度与国际新创企业的生存和成长绩效之间是倒U型关系,而且倒U型关系随着高级管理者学习导向的增强而变得更加陡峭。 What level of internationalization speed would be more conducive to improve the international perfor-mance of international new ventures （INVs） under what situations？ Centreing on this question, taking 322 Chi-nese INVs as a sample, and applying the method of latent moderated structural equations, this paper empirically tests the relationships among internationalization speed, learning orientation and the international performance of IN-Vs. The results show that the speed of initial entry, country scope and international commitment have an inverted U-shaped effect on the international performance of INVs. The inverted U-shaped relationships become steeper with the increase in the level of learning orientation of executives.
