摘　　要： 目前，我国多个地方出现用工荒，与此同时，大学生的就业形势严峻，出现上述现象其根本原因就是由于人才结构的不合理，其中一个重要原因就是目前校企合作不足，在合作层次和内容上还存在很多的问题，论文从这一点出发，通过对世界各国校企合作模式分析，提出完善我国高职院校校企合作问题的对策，促进校企合作的进一步发展。 论文首先对高职院校和校企合作概念进行界定，对校企合作相关理论基础进行深入阐述，对校企合作模式进行深入分析，在这个基础上比较国内外校企合作模式以及类型。然后论文对广东职业技术学院校企合作进行分析与调查，对目前存在校企合作不足进行分析。最后，论文在借鉴国外先进理念基础上，从政府、高职院校自身、企业、行业等各个参与方不同的角度提出相应的对策和建议，促进校企合作的进一步发展。为了使得校企合作可以持久和稳定的发展，其中最关键的实现各方利益的保证，达到双赢的效果；在这个过程中需要机制来保障，需要有良好的约束机制、沟通交流机制、合作的激励机制等配套；只有充分的找到到校企合作中的各方利益，才会使得校企合作朝着健康有序的方向发展。 本文的研究希望可以为其他的高职院校探索出一条使得校企合作各方利益能够得到保证的校企合作薪的模式，为相关的各方提供一定的借鉴和帮助。 At present, many places of our country labor shortage, at the same time, collegestudents employment situation is grim, appear afore-mentioned phenomena, thereason is the unreasonable talent structure, one of the important reasons is the lack ofschool enterprise cooperation, the cooperation level and content, there are manyproblems, the thesis from this point of view, through the analysis on the mode ofcooperation between the countries, propose the Countermeasures of school enterprisecooperation in Vocational Education in our country, and promote the furtherdevelopment of school enterprise cooperation. This thesis firstly defines the school enterprise cooperation in Higher VocationalColleges and the concept of school enterprise cooperation, related theories in detail,in-depth analysis of school enterprise cooperation model, comparison on the basis ofdomestic and foreign cooperation mode and type. Then the thesis carries on theanalysis and investigation of Guangdong Career Technical College school enterprisecooperation, the existing problems of school enterprise cooperation. Finally, the thesison the base of learning from foreign advanced concept, from the various government,higher vocational colleges, enterprises, industry and other parties involved in thedifferent points of view put forward the corresponding countermeasure and thesuggestion, to promote the further development of school enterprise cooperation.
