摘　　要： 广东与香港的民商事司法协助的法律依据以及具体内容的差异,使得两地的民商事司法协助中存在许多需要解决的问题,如:法院判决的承认与执行、证据的调取、法律情报交流不够、效率不高等,解决这些问题是现阶段广东与香港民商事司法协助的主要任务,也是未来两地民商事司法协助的主要发展趋势。 Due to the differences in the contents and civil and commercial legal assistance of Guangdong and Hong Kong, there remains the problems in the two places civil and commercial legal assistance that needs to be solved. Such as: the transfer and obtain of evidence, the lack and ineffectiveness of legal document transfer, judicatory acknowledgement and its carrying out, and so on. At present, it is a main task for Guangdong and Hong Kong civil and commercial legal assistance to solve these problems, and it is also a main trend of development in the two places civil and commercial legal assistance practice.
